In this full time role, you will report to the Manager – Technical Services, overseeing various key product categories. Your responsibilities will encompass manufacturing support, cost reduction strategies, and contribution to innovative product development processes, collaborating with multiple teams to assure successful project implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical strategy for assigned product categories
• Execute the commercialization processes effectively
• Prepare and lead presentations for food review meetings




• Oversee project management tasks like PFMEA and process mapping
• Collaborate on enhancing product quality and food safety
Requirements:
• Degree in Food Science or related field
• 3 years of relevant food manufacturing experience
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an asset
• Proficiency in food safety practices like GMP and HACCP
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
