About The Rounds

The Rounds is a Health Care Professionals (HCPs) collaboration platform, a dynamic and fast-moving health technology company. The Rounds connects HCPs across Canada, enabling meaningful peer engagement, medical education, and life sciences partnerships that improve patient outcomes.

About this Opportunity

This isa dedicatedrolethat willown community growth and engagementat an organization that has built strong HCP relationships over the past 14 years. This role brings a fresh set of eyes to member engagement, sharpeningwhat'sworked, rethinking whathasn't, and turning that thinking into real systems, content, and relationships.

This role moves between strategy and execution, from setting the engagement strategy to writing the welcome message. The ideal candidate understands how HCPs engage differently: time-scarce, skeptical of anything promotional, driven by peer credibility. And since this function is still proving its value, you'llneed to back your work with data as much as relationships.

Success in this Role Looks Like

- Operationalizing Engagement. Defining and modernizing the processes, cadences, and systems this function runs on, turning disconnected efforts into something repeatable.
- Running the community. Owning the day-to-day pulse of our HCP community across whatever channels we use to host it, from welcoming new members to surfacing and resolving issues.
- Growing engagement. Identifyingand nurturing highly engaged members,

building the kind of one-to-one relationships that turn casual participants into advocates.
- Creating relevant content. Planning and executing discussion topics, content, and programming that HCPsfindvaluable, respecting their time and clinical credibility.
- Measuring what matters. Tracking sentiment, participation, and engagement metrics, andusing data to drive change.
- Representingthemember'svoice internally. Leading member discovery through interviews, surveys, and other research, then translating what you learn into insight our Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams can act on.

Does This Sound Like You?

- Community experience. You'vegrown oroperatedan online community, ideally for a professional, credentialed, or trust-driven audience.
- Fresh perspective. You can look at a program with years of history behind it and see whereit'sready to evolve, bringing fresh thinking to member engagement without dismissing what already works.
- Strong executor. You can take a broad mandate or a leader's direction and turn it into something concrete and repeatable, translating vision into action.
- HCP audience fluency. You understand, or are genuinely curious to learn, what makes HCPs engage: peer credibility, time scarcity, and a low tolerance for anything that reads as promotional.
- Data-informed. You'recomfortable using engagement and sentiment data to sharpen an existing program and make the case for where it should go next.
- Strongcommunicator. You write clearly and adapt your voice depending on whetheryou'rewelcoming a new member orbriefinginternal stakeholders.

Why Join Us

- Be a key voice at a health tech company with significant growth potential.
- Work directly with leadership; your ideas and feedback will shape strategy.
- Flexible, remote-friendly work environment.
- Meaningful work; everyrelationship you build helps connect HCPs and improve patient care.

Our Values

Curious by Nature

Curiosity keeps us moving. It's the courage to question, the drive to learn, and the willingness to let go of whatdoesn’t work. Complacency is the real barrier - and curiosity is our way of overcoming it. We build momentum, not monuments, turning the unknown into opportunity and keeping our work and our industry evolving.

We Trust Our Team

We show up consistently for our teammates, clients, and partners. Trust grows when we take responsibility, communicate openly, and follow through - even when no one is watching.

Drive is the spark that keeps us moving forward. It's a relentless pursuit of excellence, fueled by curiosity, accountability, and a desire to grow. Skills fade, tools change, but our commitment endures, because we build not just capability, but lasting impact.

Winning as a team

Humility is demonstrated by recognizing the value of our team in being successful. With rising tides, we rise together. When storms arrive, we leave our egos aside and step in because we're here to get it right and not to be right.

Work Hard, Laugh Harder

We do responsible work, but we don't have to be serious in our work. Humour is our secret tool to navigate difficult situations with lightness and teamwork.

The Rounds is an equal chance employer dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive team. We encourage applications from all qualified candidates and will accommodate applicants' needs throughout the recruitment, assessment, and selection process.
