Position Details

Permanent part‑time Registered Early Childhood Educator – EarlyON Child and Family Centre in Blind River, ON.

Salary: $27–$29 per hour. Hours: 25 per week, flexible schedule includes evenings and weekends.

Closing Date: July 24, 2026.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and current registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators
- Knowledge of child development, early learning practices, and relevant legislation
- Experience working with children ages 0–6 and their families in a group setting
- Solid communication, teamwork, planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Administrative and computer skills
- Ability to work a flexible 25‑hour weekly schedule, including some evenings and weekends
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR certification for infants/children
- Current vulnerable sector criminal record check, health assessment, and up-to-date immunizations
- Valid Ontario driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and appropriate insurance
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
