As a People Operations & Systems Specialist at Relay, you will tackle operational challenges and optimize our People tech stack. This role combines ownership of daily People tasks with building systems that will reduce manual work over time. You will ensure accurate data across various platforms while enhancing employee experience with efficient onboarding and offboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own operational tasks: onboarding, offboarding, and employee data updates
• Manage People tech stack integrations and optimize HRIS and ATS tools
• Track metrics for headcount, attrition,

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in People operations
