FLINT is seeking Overlay Operators with industrial experience for a temporary job in Airdrie, AB starting August 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a Monday to Thursday schedule, 10-hour workdays, and advantages after 300+ hours worked.
This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates ; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a labourer in an industrial environment.
- Experience operating an overlay machine, welding, or sandblasting.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: CSTS-2020
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Must have own reliable transportation to site.
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
