We are seeking an experienced leader in geospatial practices for the role of Practice Lead, GIS & Geomatics. This full-time position emphasizes mentoring, technical oversight, and the enhancement of geospatial services across multidisciplinary projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee technical integrity of GIS and geomatics deliverables
• Conduct senior reviews on complex project outputs
• Establish rigorous QA/QC processes across the practice
• Maintain and improve geospatial data standards and workflows
• Support recruitment and training of new team members
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in a geospatial discipline
• At least 10 years' industry experience
• Minimum 5 years in a team leadership position
• Expertise in Esri-based tools and geospatial analysis
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
