Job Description Confidently answer guest questions regarding food, beverages, wine, and other restaurant services as required Communicate effectively with Servers and Hosts to support optimal seating flow and service efficiency Inspect all tables to ensure proper mise en place, cleanliness, and completeness prior to and during service Maintain a high level of floor awareness, assisting with clearing and resetting tables as needed Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure standards are consistently upheld Oversee the cleanliness of assigned sections, ensuring all materials and service areas are organized and free from clutter Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food safety practices, including causes of food contamination and methods of prevention Adhere to all food safety standards, policies, and procedures at all times Manage cleanliness tasks including emptying garbage, changing linen bags,
