What you will be doing: Ensure work is completed in accordance with established Company standards, policies and legislative requirements, You will be part of a team that will strive to optimize performance including chemical recovery, chemical wood pulping and environmental controls, Develop process improvements that lead to cost reductions and improved efficiency.

What you must have: Candidates must have a degree in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering or electrical engineering with process and control experience.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of process experience in an industrial facility, experience in a pulp and paper facility or Forest Products industry experience is preferred.

Excellent communicator with all levels of the organization.

Insightful, self-aware, and able to listen to employees and integrate feedback into the operations.





Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work collaboratively within a fast paced and structured environment.

Robust leadership, communication, problem-solving, prioritizing and organizational skills.

Candidates must have strong computer skills including experience with MS Office and Outlook.

Candidates must be able to legally work within Canada at the time of applying for the position.
