As a Packaging Operator, youll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency Requirement: Must successfully pass a penicillin allergy test prior to onboarding How Youll Spend Your Day As a Packaging Operator I, you will: Operate packaging equipment in accordance with the Master Packaging Order (MPO) Follow EH&S; policies, GMPs, and controlled procedures (SOPs, EMs, WIs, JAs) Perform basic equipment setup, including programming batch info and cleaning/assembly Troubleshoot and fine-tune equipment within your area of responsibility Inspect finished products and complete documentation accurately Maintain a clean and organized packaging area Support OPEX initiatives (OEE, SMED, RCPS, Kaizen, 5S) Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and operate equipment properly Perform other duties as assigned Your Skills and Experience Minimum 1 year of pharmaceutical experience High School diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude with high-speed machinery Solid understanding of Health & Safety procedures (OH&S; Act, WHMIS) Team-oriented mindset with positive interpersonal skills Solid math and writing skills (online assessment required for interview consideration.

The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, and internal equity.
