We are looking for a Shift Nurse (RN or RPN) who is comfortable providing care to our clients.

Deliver compassionate, client-centered care with specialized expertise in tracheostomy management, ventilator support, gastrostomy tube care , and vital sign monitoring Administer medications and assist with personal care routines.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with parents and other caregivers.
Maintain a strong commitment to community-based care.
Prepare and maintain client reports and updates.
Build meaningful relationships with clients through empathy, consistency, and trust.
Demonstrate initiative and independence, thriving with minimal supervision.
Prioritize safety for both yourself and your clients, adhering to best practices and protocols.
Skills needed for success: You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Exceptionally organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to effectively manage your schedule.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to connect clearly and confidently.
Proven ability to build solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum of two years experience in a community care or clinical/hospital setting is preferred.
Currently certified as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
Certified in Standard First Aid & CPR/AED (Level C).
Able to provide a current Mask Fit test certification.
