This cross-functional role supports recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and HR operations, with a primary focus on recruitment.

Responsibilities include coordinating full-cycle recruitment processes, supporting onboarding and payroll-related administrative activities, maintaining HR records, and assisting with a variety of HR tasks.

The successful candidate will bring strong recruitment experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to Manager, Human Resources What youll be doing Coordinate recruitment activities with urgency and attention to candidate experience and organisational fit, including maintaining the applicant tracking system and regularly reviewing applications Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, payroll,



and related HR projects or initiatives Support hiring managers by preparing shortlists, briefing them on candidates, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and participating in interviews as required Liaise with recruitment firms, external service providers, and candidates, including direct sourcing through professional platforms such as Linked
