Human Resources Consultant We are actively seeking Human Resources Consultants.

The ideal candidates are senior Human Resources Consultants with a minimum of 5 years experience within the federal government.

The required services may include, but are not limited to the following: Human resource planning, recruitment, collective bargaining, training and development, organizational design and classification, pay and benefit administration, staffing and resourcing, performance management, official languages, employment equity and employee assistance programs. providing operationalHRservices developing resourcing strategies linked toHRplans, job marketing strategy and tools providing advice on and/or performing analysis of theHRstrategic direction and assisting in the development ofHRoptions, aligning and integrating theHRplans with the strategic direction of the organization''s business plan participating in the development of potentialHRmodels and assisting in the implementation ofHRrequirements and a transition plan to meetHRneeds developing, implementing and providing advice on policies, programs and procedures regarding human resource services and programs planning human resources in areas such as organizational development, organizational planning and design, human resources utilization, job analysis, performance planning, auditing and evaluating and forecasting providing advice on and/or participating in the establishment of processes andHRsystems support for human resources programs, services and activities providing advice on and/or participating in the development of current programs for employees to retain career mobility identifying policy needs/concerns and performing comparative analysis of policies as well as developing policies, procedures, guidelines and strategies planning, developing, implementing and evaluating personnel and employee relations strategies including policies, programs and procedures to address an organization''s human resource requirements leading,



participating in the conduct of organizational and central agencies monitoring and audit initiatives planning and administeringHRprograms conducting reviews, developing implementation strategies develop training and information sessions onHRservices providing mentoring and coaching assistance assisting in the development ofHRstrategies to meet business needs assisting in the development of integrated business and human resources plan to meet the needs of the organization developing and monitoring framework, conducting monitoring activities and preparing monitoring reports developing, implementingHRrelated programs, framework and initiatives evaluating programs and activities and reporting on lessons learned or making recommendations for the future reviewing and proposing various organizational models Desired Skills and Experience (must be clearly demonstrated in Resume/CV) University Degree in a related field or a Certification and an appropriate combination of experience and expertise - apreference will be given to candidates with specializations in related fields; A minimum of five (5) cumulative years for Intermediate and ten (10) cumulative years for Senior of demonstrated human resources experience, demonstratingthe ability to provide client references for each project identified; Expert level proficiency with MS Suite of tools including Word, Excel, and Power

Point; A minimum of five (5) years working with the Federal Government of Canada including departments and agencies; and The ability to provide copies of all Education, Certifications and Training for contract award purposes.

Security Clearance Candidates must be eligible for a valid Government of Canada security clearance to a minimum of Level I - Enhanced Reliability.

In order to meet this requirement, candidates must be Canadian Citizens, having lived in Canada for a minimum of five (5) years.

Candidates residing outside of Canada or those who have not resided in Canada for a minimum of five (5) years willnotbe given consideration.
