Reporting to the Vice-President, Strategy, Quality & Performance, this role is responsible to provide strategic leadership in advancing Bruyre Healths organizational priorities through integrated planning, performance management, and enterprise-wide improvement initiatives.
Specifically, this role leads to the development and execution of annual strategic and operational planning processes, ensuring alignment between organizational goals, priorities, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
This role champions the advancement of strategy management practices, strengthens organizational performance frameworks, and supports the successful implementation of key strategic initiatives across Bruyre Health.
This role is also responsible for leading the process improvement function within the organization and providing leadership for the Project Management Office (PMO), establishing effective governance structures, promoting process improvement and project management excellence, and enabling the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders, Board members, teams across Bruyre Health, and key stakeholders, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The main responsibilities include: Providingstrategic oversight and leadership to ensure initiatives and projects are delivered effectively, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with organizationalobjectivesand priorities.
Developingandevolvingcorporate performance management frameworks to support measurement,
reporting, and accountability for strategic outcomes, including progress tracking, risk management, and key performance indicators.
Leadingthe development of executive-level reporting and insights to support decision-making, organizational alignment, and continuous improvement.
Servingas an internal expert and advisor on strategy deployment, operational planning, performance measurement, and project management practices.
Leading organization-wide process improvement projects using lean six sigma methodologies and advanced data analysis tools and expertise.
Buildingstrong partnerships across the organization to support the successful execution of strategic priorities and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and results-driven performance.
How do I qualify? Required: Undergraduate Degree in
Business Administration,Operations
Managementor
Industrial Engineering Project Management Office(PMO)Certification Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), Change Management Practitioner(PROSCI)or
Agile Scrum Master
Certification Minimum of seven (7) years ofrelevant experience Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a leadership role Experience leading change and transformation initiatives, as well as the implementation of complex projects, systems, and strategic PMO functions Preferred: Masters degree relevant to the scope of position, i.e.
Master of Business Administration,mastersindigital
Transformation and Innovation, or other relevant degree Fluent in French and English Key Competencies Ability to structure, prioritize,
