Our public sector client is seeking a Enterprise Project Director (Reliability, 10+ years) to lead enterprise business transformation and organizational change initiatives using HR transformation and organizational design Join a high-visibility enterprise initiative supporting large-scale organizational transformation within a complex public sector environment.

This role provides senior business leadership for HR transformation initiatives focused on position management, organizational design, workforce planning, and enterprise change adoption.

The Enterprise Project Director will act as the business representative for executive stakeholders while driving alignment, organizational readiness, and benefits realization across the initiative.

The project is entering startup phase with executive sponsorship and dedicated project delivery resources already in place.
