Reporting to the Senior Manager of HR Reporting and Analytics, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing data reporting and analytics capabilities. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with developers, creating dynamic Workday reports, and leveraging AI tools for data analysis. The position champions collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders to create data schemas
• Maintain dynamic reports for Operations and HR
• Support KPI development and performance tracking
• Assist Payroll with compliance reporting
• Document business requirements and solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis
• Skilled in SQL Server and Microsoft Excel
• Strong interest in AI tools for reporting
• Experience with Workday or BI tools is beneficial
