As the Operations Leader for the Global 6500, you will report directly to the Director of Operations. This role involves coaching and supervising a team of 20 to 30 employees. You will establish production goals, drive continuous improvement, and document key processes while aligning with Bombardier's vision and values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage production objectives in the cutting room, assembly, and integration
• Oversee budgeting and ensure employee productivity
• Identify and standardize best practices within the team
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives through problem-solving
• Coach and develop team members to reach their potential
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in a management role
• Aerospace industry experience preferred
• College education or equivalent experience
• Bilingual in French and English
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
