What You’ll Do

- Lead from the front alongside your team in retail locations, engaging customers and generating qualified appointments.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and lead‑generation targets.
- Demonstrate professionalism, energy, and a customer‑first approach every day.

Inspire & Develop Your Team

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail sales representatives.
- Provide real‑time feedback, support, and performance coaching throughout each shift.
- Help recruit, onboard, and develop new team members.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and results‑oriented team culture.

Manage Partner Relationships





- Serve as the primary contact for assigned retail and service partners.
- Build strong, professional relationships with partner representatives.
- Monitor lead quality, customer experience, and sales performance.
- Communicate regularly with leadership and partners regarding results, opportunities, and operational needs.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing or supervising a sales or customer‑facing team (required).
- Proven success in retail, direct, or face‑to‑face sales.

- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Highly organized with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a goal‑oriented, performance‑based environment.
- Professional, dependable, and accountable.
- Able to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced setting.
