What You'll Do As a key member of our Executive Team, you will:

Lead financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term business planning

Oversee financial reporting including revenue, expenses, balance sheets, cash flow, and stakeholder reporting

Provide insight into profitability, margins, cost management, and growth opportunities

Develop and manage banking relationships, financing strategies, and lender partnerships

Lead capital planning, including project evaluation, investment decisions, and ROI analysis

Oversee insurance programs, employee benefits, pension plans, and financial risk management

Strengthen internal controls, reporting processes, and operational efficiencies

Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to support executive decision-making

Mentor and develop finance team members, including direct leadership of both Controllers

What We're Looking For The successful candidate will bring:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (CPA/MBA considered an asset)

10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including managing a team

Solid experience in financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business strategy

Experience within construction, ICI contracting, land development, or homebuilding preferred

Strong understanding of project costing, capital planning, and cash flow management

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels

A strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
