About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and long-term development. The COO will work closely with the President and senior management to ensure organizational alignment, enhance business performance, and prepare the company for its next phase of development. This executive will be responsible for fostering collaboration across various functions, driving organizational effectiveness, and supporting the successful execution of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA being an asset, and a proven track record as a senior executive in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the generics sector.
