As an Estimator, you will report to the Senior Director for the North Region, where your role will encompass estimating and tender preparation. You’ll interpret construction drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and formulate comprehensive costs for labor, materials, and equipment. Your ability to analyze sub-proposals and support field staff will be crucial in maintaining successful project workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for project scopes
• Interpret drawings and specifications accurately




• Procure and analyze subcontractor scopes and costs
• Monitor active projects for cost evaluation
• Mentor junior team members for departmental growth
Requirements:
• University Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction
• Proficient with commercial bidding platforms, especially InEight Estimate
• Solid understanding of OPSS and CDED
• Proficient in MS Office programs
