We are currently seeking versatile, dynamic individuals for the following elementary teaching positions; Elementary Classroom Teachers (3) Qualifications: Bachelor of Education Degree or equivalent recognized by the Ontario College of Teachers Candidates should have..

Knowledge of evidenced based and current instructional practices for individuals and groups.

Ability to apply effective measurement and data collection strategies for the assessment for/as/of student learning Knowledge of human behavior, individual differences in ability, personality and interests Knowledge and awareness of group behavior and dynamics Robust ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Sensitivity and awareness of First Nation cultures and identities Salary and Remuneration:



Salary will be based on experience and qualifications, we encourage the submission of a QECO evaluation Salary range- $75,000 (0 years exp) to $120,000 (10+ years exp) with semi annual bonus, remote and northern enhancements Travel costs to and from the community are 100% covered The North Spirit Lake Education Authority strives to engage students both in the classroom and out.
