What Youll Do Own outbound prospecting end-to-end: Cold calls, cold email, targeted account research and attend discovery meetings to gauge fit.

Book qualified discovery calls with B2B decision-makers CEOs, Business Owners, etc.

Run sharp discovery conversations that uncover real pain, not surface-level interest Build outreach sequences that cut through the noise and get responses Track everything in Hub

Spot youre organized because it makes you more effective, not because someone told you to be Hit and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated Stay sharp on B2B marketing trends so your conversations open doors instead of closing them Report pipeline and activity, and booked appointmentsdirectly to the Head of Growth.

What Were Looking For Non-Negotiables 24+ years in a B2B sales or business development role youve been on the phones, in the inbox, on Linked

In Agency or digital marketing background strongly preferred; at the very least,



you understand what we sell Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline through outbound activity Comfortable discussing SEO, Paid Media, content strategy, and marketing ROI with sophisticated buyers Eligible to work full-time in Canada and able to commute into our Oakville office.
