Pay Rate: $62.00 - $66.00 Negotiable based upon years of experience Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Mississauga, ON Responsibilities: Support the Markets Transformation Initiative lead(s) to drive execution of strategic deliverables Lead or participate in working groups, workshops, and other ad hoc sessions with senior business stakeholders Gather business requirements and draft relevant project documentation with business and technology partners Provide guidance, support, and constructive challenge on business initiatives to ensure alignment with strategy Ensure target state tools, processes, and controls are approved at the appropriate governance forum Identify synergies between programs/workstreams to minimize delivery time and maximize adoption Coordinate with stakeholders to track deliverable progress and report statuses and next steps Maintain strong documentation and organizational skills for clarity across stakeholders and project audit trail Requirements:
Robust track record in strategic project management and delivering complex solutions Working knowledge of Capital Markets structures, products, technology, and environments Knowledge of the trade lifecycle across products and asset classes Excellent oral and written communications skills; articulate and persuasive with senior stakeholders Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience with project management expertise Experience working with Front Office, Trading, Sales, and Technology teams Understanding of applicable regulations and compliance requirements Skills in slide creation, presentation, spreadsheet, and data analysis Preferred Skills: Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred Project Management certifications, e.g., PMP or equivalent This role is for an existing vacancy.
