Job Title: CCM Developer Quadient Location: Mississauga, ON Work Model: Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 10+ years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CCM Developer Quadient with 8 10 years of hands-on experience in Quadient Inspire development to design, develop, and support enterprise Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Quadient Inspire v11+, document template development, data mapping, and customer correspondence generation.

Experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Quadient Inspire solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain customer communication templates using Quadient Inspire.

Create and enhance customer correspondence for print, email, digital, and responsive document delivery.

Perform data mapping and integrate multiple data formats into document templates.

Conduct unit testing and support integration testing and QA activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve document generation, print, email, and energetic content issues using Quadient Debug and Trace tools.

Review code developed by team members and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

Optimize template performance and support application deployment activities.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on Quadient development.

Assist in defining development standards, solution architecture, and best practices for CCM implementations.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams,



and stakeholders throughout the document development lifecycle.

Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Version 11 or later.

Strong expertise in document template design, customer correspondence, and data mapping.

Experience with document generation for print, email, and digital channels.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Experience reviewing code and mentoring development teams.

Familiarity with Quadient Administration and application deployment is an asset.

Banking or Financial Services industry experience is highly preferred.
