Position Summary Under the supervision of the Project Director or the Project Manager, the

Project Coordinator Intern must be able toget in touch withproject stakeholders, including subcontractors,supervisorsandforemen.

The Project Coordinator Internmust be able to follow up on the work in progress with the clients.

He/shemust also assist the project manager during planning and help supervisors implement it and ensure complianceas well asassist foremen and supervisors with administrative tasks in order to achieve the company''s objectives while respecting applicable laws, regulations and standards in railway repair or maintenance work.

Primary/Essential Responsibilities and Duties Establish contact with clients,supervisorsand subcontractors; Complete andsubmitto the project managers thenumerousdaily,weeklyand monthly reports such as: Daily report of the work; Production report; Report of work schedules; Report following a visit to one or more work continuity or completion sites; Risk analysis; Rapportdaccident/incident; Vehicle-to-vehicle collision reporting; Work tickets; Staff evaluation (if necessary).

Assistthe project managerwith the following: Ensure that employees on site are trained and qualified for the tasks to which they are assigned; Participate in the planning of work and meet tightdeadlines.

Communicate effectively with the various stakeholders of the company and theclient.

Conduct daily verification of equipmentrecords.

Participate in weekly production and health and safety meetings with the customer and report back (minutes); Promote the search for solutions within your team.

Required Skills and Qualifications Enrolled in a related field of study such as Engineering, Contract Management or Project

Management.





Encompassesgeneralconcepts of projectmanagement.

Strong client relations, influencingskillsand organizationalskills.

Solid attention to the details and ability to work under strict deadlines Knowledge of Microsoft Officesoftware, (Procore and

AlMobilean asset).
