Job Title Salesforce Architect Summary McKesson Canada is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure CRM solutions.

This role drives end-to-end architecture across Salesforce platforms, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise standards.

What Youll Do Own end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions across CRM and Marketing platforms Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable solutions Define architecture standards, guardrails, and best practices Review and approve solution designs and integration approaches Partner with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions Provide architectural oversight across design, build, test, and deployment Lead integration design across enterprise systems using APIs and middleware Guide data architecture, migration, and data quality strategies Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements Manage technical debt and ensure long-term platform health What You Bring 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect in enterprise environments Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limits, and release management Proven experience designing large-scale, complex Salesforce solutions with integrations Robust knowledge of security, data models, automation, and performance optimization Ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Minimum Requirements Degree or equivalent experience.





Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience Preferable Skills & Experience Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, integrations) Salesforce certifications (CTA, Application Architect, System Architect) Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments Familiarity with CI/CD and Dev
