This role reflects anexistingvacancy Requirements What You''ll Do Support andmaintaina portfolio of custom business applications used across the organization Troubleshoot application issues, bugs, and system integrations Write,modify, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and stored procedures Investigate issues across multiple integrated systems, including ERP and custom web applications Develop enhancements and improvements using C#/.NET and Visual Studio Work directly with employees to understand technical issues and provide practical solutions Support business users through phone, email, and remote support tools Assistwith application deployments, upgrades, and modernization initiatives Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve application issues Provide occasional support for office hardware, printers, mobile devices, and sales technology when needed Recommend improvements to existing applications, reporting tools, and business processes What We''re Looking For 35+ years supporting business applications in a Microsoft environment Robust experience with SQL Server,
