Job Title: Framer Job Description As a Framer, you will be primarily responsible for the full assembly of modular construction units.

These units, built from scratch within our facility, vary in size and complexity.

You will collaborate with senior team members to ensure efficient assembly processes, utilizing a range of hand and power tools.

Your role will also involve reading and interpreting basic construction drawings to guide assembly tasks.

Responsibilities Perform full assembly of modular construction units within the facility.

Utilize hand and power tools, including hammers, drills, and screwdrivers.

Read and interpret construction drawings to guide assembly processes.

Be flexible to move between different departments as needed.

Essential Skills Minimum of 2 years of renovation experience, specifically in carpentry and framing.

Proficiency with hand and power tools, including hammers, drills, and screwdrivers.

Ability to use and read a tape measure accurately.

Experience with construction, framing, drywall, sheet metal, carpentry, and plumbing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to work at heights.

Previous construction experience.

Any schooling or trades experience.

Work Environment The work is primarily conducted indoors within a bay, with occasional need to step outside for materials.

The day shift typically runs from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, ON.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
