A well-established financial services client is seeking a Bilingual Collections Specialist to support high-volume account management activities within a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills while balancing customer service with risk mitigation and collections objectives.

Responsibilities Manage high-volume inbound and outbound collections activity Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquent accounts Maintain accurate account documentation and follow-up records Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines Assess account risk and recommend appropriate solutions or escalations Utilize collection and skip-tracing tools to support account resolution Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and legal Support repossession, insurance, and loss mitigation activities as required Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives Qualifications Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal) 2+ years of collections, finance,



or related customer account management experience Automotive finance or financial services experience is considered an asset Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Open to bilingual current graduates will be considered Ability to manage high-volume workloads with strong attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Organized, team-oriented, and capable of working independently Postsecondary education preferred AI may be used to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
