Center Location: Markham, ON Duration: 06-12 months Job Description: We are seeking a skilled developer with expertise in Guidewire Policy

Center to join our energetic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, specifically within the insurance domain, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations with external systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor''s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience. 5 years of proven experience in Guidewire Integration Development.

Expertise in GOSU Language, configuration, and coding using Guidewire tools and accelerators, Guidewire Batch, and predefined plugins.

Experience coding RESTful APIs and working with multiple programming languages such as C, Java, Python, etc.

Guidewire Associate Certification.

Guidewire Integration and Policy Center experience.

Experience working on Guidewire Cloud, preferably Las Lenas.

Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud APIs for extending and integrating with Insurance Suite in the cloud.





Experience with Integration Gateway and Event Driven Architecture.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications Guidewire Ace Certification, preferably Integration.

Guidewire Billing Center Configuration Knowledge.

Experience writing automated GUnit tests for integration.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Build architectural diagrams and design documents.

Write programs, configure packages, and deploy software.

Perform peer code reviews.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Design and implement integrations with external systems.

Ensure standard methodologies are followed in code development, testing, and deployment.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Manage the technical aspects of Guidewire upgrades and patches.

Resolve and address complex technical issues promptly.

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance functionality.
