You have strong Revit skills to work on mid-sized community-based projects such as schools, long term care, senior homes, clinical labs and community centers.

What they are looking for Candidates with local ties - family or relatives - in the greater London Ontario area 5+ five years of post graduate experience; Architectural Technologist or Bachelor of Architecture credentials; 3+ in mid-sized projects ranging from $10~120 million dollars Experience designing schools, community centers, long-term care,



or clinics; community-based projects; portfolio of demonstrated skills required Solid Revit skills and knowledge OBC and building science fundamentals Ability to produce a set of high-quality drawings in Revit; details and documentation that are transparent, accurate, comprehensive and consistent Strong spoken and written English skills; ability to collaborate well with employees and external stakeholders Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch
