Job Overview This position is for an afternoon shift (3:30 PM to 12 AM).

As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for: Testing and troubleshooting products on various production lines.

Reviewing failures and performing root cause analysis across specific product lines.

Setting up test positions, systems, and instruments, and conducting tests.

Performing circuit adjustments and analysis against published electrical standards.

Maintaining electronically- or processor-controlled machines and test rigs.

Assisting in testing prototypes and pilot units for engineering change builds.

Processing Non-Conforming (NCM) parts and entering correct failure/defect codes in ERP.

Problem-solving for continuous process improvement.

Collaborating with other departments to drive solutions.

Packing and assisting in completing finished goods units, systems, or panels as needed.





Requirements Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as part of daily duties.

Electronics technologist diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing services field.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, manufacturing drawings, specifications, and standards.

Strong technical background, including experience with electronic test equipment, microscopes, mechanical gauges, and soldering equipment.

Preferences IPC Repair and Rework Certification preferred but not required.

Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
