Paladin Security is looking to hire a number of Casual School Crossing Guards.

This very rewarding position ensures the safety of students and pedestrians during designated periods throughout the school day.

This is a vital role that requires commitment and dedication in order to maintain a secure environment and fostering a positive relationship with the community.

Position: School Crossing Guard Site: Lorne and Adelaide Status: Casual/On-Call Hours: Monday - Friday (0730 - 0820 & 1430 - 1520) Overtime Method: Averaging Agreement - calculation after 88 hours bi-weekly Responsibilities: Safely guide children across designated crosswalks during specific times of the school day Monitor traffic flow and adhere to safety protocols Communicate effectively with children, parents and motorists to ensure safety Reporting safety concerns or incidents promptly Provide a visible, reassuring and vigilant presence to ensure safety Requirements:
