THE OPPORTUNITY ASenior

Product Designeruses a broad set of inputs, including business context, awareness of technical considerations and constraints, UX research, and UX skills andexpertise, to craft experiences that are accessible, useful, and usable. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Understand, scale,andapply activities within the product design process at D2L from projectinceptiontodelivery Design workflows and experiences that are usable, functional, andconsistent Shareexpertisein the project domainareaand developexpertiseinthe broader domain, user flow, or product area (product and pedagogy) Identifyactivities and deliverables forlargeprojects ofhighcomplexity Influence priorities, scope, and roadmap Takeownership of project activities and deliverables.

The annualized base salary offered is determined by each candidates relevant knowledge, skills, education, training and experience.

It is aligned to ensure both internal and external competitiveness using market data for the geographic location and industry.

As part of the total compensation at D2L the role may be eligible for additional benefits including a Wellness Subsidy, Equity Grants, Variable Incentive, and more.
