Qualifications Completion of post-secondary education at the college level in a complementary discipline (e.g.
Business Administration, Medical Office Assistant) Strong customer service orientation, with sensitivity to employee needs and a high level of diplomacy and confidentiality Previous experience using scheduling software (UKG, Medi Solutions an asset) Experience working in a unionized environment with demonstrated understanding of collective agreements, organizational policies, and employment legislation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Share
Point, and HRIS/scheduling systems Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and a commitment to reconciliation Robust analytical,
