Reporting to the Shop Supervisor, Labourers are responsible for various aspects of yard and shop clean up and material handling.
Responsibilities
- Work in accordance with OH&S; regulations, JNE safe work procedures, ISO procedures, and JNE Values/Code of Conduct.
- Material handling of raw material and finished parts.
- Shop and yard clean up.
- Assist with pressure testing of piping and vessels.
- Assist shop personnel including painter, shipper/receiver, and fabricators.
- Pickling and Passivation.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or better in Grade 12.
1 year of previous work experience in a welding (or other industrial) environment is an asset.
