Key Responsibilities:
• Perform heating, cooling, and ventilation load calculations
• Prepare mechanical and plumbing schematic designs




• Supervise Junior Designers to ensure project quality
• Review mechanical specifications and shop drawings
• Coordinate with utility agencies for service requirements
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong knowledge of building codes and sustainability practices
• LEED or Passive House Accreditation preferred
