In this role, you'll be integral to maintaining quality standards during the critical backshift hours of 15:30 to 00:00. You will conduct regular assessments, enforce food safety compliance, and lead training initiatives for the quality assurance team. Engage with production to quickly resolve any quality discrepancies, fostering an setting of continuous improvement.
