As a vital member of Extendicare Guildwood, you will manage staff work schedules, track attendance, and fill vacant shifts at our long-term care facility. Your responsibilities will include using the Workday Scheduling System and ensuring payroll accuracy. Additionally, you’ll provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and assist in leave administration and recent resident processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assign and maintain staffing schedules for all departments
• Manage employee absences and coordinate shift coverage




• Validate and submit hours worked for payroll approvals
• Assist in new resident administration and nursing supplies
• Support Operations Manager with communication and coordination
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in business administration or equivalent
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare
• Proficiency with Workday and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong time-management and communication skills
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety practices
