Beard Winter LLPis seeking aCorporate Clerkto join our Corporate Law Department.Qualifications:at least 3+ years of direct, relevant and practical experience in Corporate Law; experience with Corporate Manager; law clerk certification is an asset; general knowledge of applicable corporate statutes and regulations (CBCA, OBCA, PPSA, etc.); superior analytical and organizational abilities; the ability toeffectively manage multiple priorities; is time conscious and deadline oriented; considers themselves a consummate professional who works well under pressure; can function easily in MS Office; experience with Legal Kiosk or other electronic minute book database is an asset; has the ability towork independently with little supervision but appreciates the advantages of being part of a team.Responsibilities would include, but not limited to:drafting documentation relating to annual resolutions, incorporations, amalgamations, financings, dissolutions, etc.; conducting minute book reviews and maintaining corporate records/registers; conducting corporate searches, and analyzing/summarizing search results; registrations,discharges and amendments relevant to security interests under applicable PPSA legislation; assisting withcorporate reorganizations,
