Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and incorporate Nova Scotia and Federal entities
• Prepare routine resolutions and corporate documents




• Maintain and review corporate minute books
• Attend to due diligence requests
• Support track and compliance matters
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate paralegal role
• Strong technical skills in MS Office
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage tight deadlines
• Experience with Athennian is beneficial
