In this Assistant Fleet Manager position, you’ll supervise the daily operations of our maintenance facility. Leading mechanics and apprentices, you'll manage work orders, maintenance records, and performance accountability. Your leadership will directly influence fleet availability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations and shift transitions
• Support and lead mechanics and apprentices
• Manage maintenance records and schedules
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with operations to reduce downtime
Requirements:
• Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician Licence
• Leadership experience in fleet maintenance
• Proficiency in Fleet Focus and Microsoft Office
• Solid communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
