In this full-time position, you will be pivotal in aligning nursing practices with organizational goals. Assessing and implementing educational programs cater to both client and staff needs while acting as a central resource within the nursing team. Your collaboration with leadership will strengthen care delivery and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and evaluate orientation programs for nursing staff
• Assess ongoing learning needs for clients and nursing units




• Champion best practice initiatives in client and family care
• Engage in cooperative committee work to drive improvements
• Support and mentor clinical staff in education efforts
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• BLS Instructor Certificate preferred
• Active registration or eligibility with CRNS
• Strong focus on collaboration and educational advancement
