About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Communications to play a pivotal role in advancing its long-term strategic direction. This executive leadership position is focused on translating the organization's mission into strategies that expand its impact, strengthen relationships with various stakeholders, and reinforce its position as a preferred partner in the community care sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the growth strategy, performance measures, and key targets, ensuring alignment between organizational strategy, program development, and external partnerships. This includes strategic partnership development, brand stewardship, government and funder relations,



and overseeing communications that support the organization's initiatives.

Candidates for the Vice President role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior leadership experience, with a strong background in enterprise strategy, partnerships, communications, or growth functions. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for a Master's degree. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with various levels of government, foundations, and private sector partners, and be familiar with community care delivery in areas such as mental health, substance use, and supportive housing. Strong strategic leadership, business acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to build and sustain high-value partnerships are essential. The role also demands excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, as well as a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The candidate should be future-focused, with the ability to identify opportunities in the quick-changing healthcare environment and support the organization's mission and impact.
