OnX is looking to engage a Senior Business Analyst for a hybrid contract opportunity in Calgary. In this role, you will be supporting the Workforce Management (WFM) and Payroll workstreams and work closely with business SMEs, technical teams, project leadership, implementation partners, and integration teams Requirements Senior Business Analyst experience on large enterprise transformation programs Strong business process mapping and process analysis capabilities Ability to document requirements from both business and technical perspectives Experience working with complex system integrations and dependent applications Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills Ability to identify gaps, challenge assumptions, and drive clarity Experience supporting testing activities including SIT and UAT Solid documentation skills with attention to detail Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable outcomes Experience working closely with business SMEs, technical teams, architects, and vendors
