Hold a diploma or degree recreation/leisure studies and/or gerontology from a community college or university Knowledge of the five domains in Therapeutic Recreation that contribute to an individuals health Knowledge of recreational therapy practices, methods, techniques and opportunities to improve residents well-being and holistic health At Schlegel Villages we are redefining elder care through , Village design and culture change, but we know the key to our Village success, and our residents satisfaction, is YOU and our teams.
