The Opportunity: We are currently looking for an ambitious Commercial Insurance Sales Broker (Producer) to join our vibrant team in Sudbury.

With a mix of company-provided leads and opportunities for independent client prospecting, this hybrid position offers a perfect blend of stability and growth potential.

You will be assigned an existing book of business with tenured clients, providing a stable foundation to build upon.

Key Responsibilities: Actively drive sales across multiple platforms, including telephone, online, networking, and social media.

Cultivate and strengthen relationships with an established client base.

Gain a comprehensive understanding of different insurance products and underwriting policies.





Collaborate with team members to ensure superior customer service and satisfaction.

What You Bring: A minimum of 2 years'' experience in commercial insurance sales. A strong sales acumen and proven track record.

Current RIBO (Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario) license is required to apply .

Excellent organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills. A commitment to precision and attention to detail.

Robust collaborative skills in a dynamic workplace.

Tech proficiency and comfort in a digital, paperless office.
