As our business grows, we''re looking for an experienced MIG Welder / Fitter-Fabricator to join our team.

Location: Corunna, ON Pay Rate: $28$32/hour Schedule: Day Shift, 6:30 AM 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday Job Type: Temp-to-Permanent What you''ll be doing: Performing MIG welding on structural and industrial steel projects Fitting and fabricating structural steel components from engineering drawings and specifications Building custom projects including structural stairs, steel walls and framing, shipping containers, mezzanines, platforms, and railings Reading and interpreting blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication details with minimal guidance Measuring, laying out, cutting, grinding, and preparing materials Operating fabrication equipment such as saws, ironworkers, drills, and grinders Inspecting weld quality to ensure finished products meet company and customer standards Maintaining a clean, organized,



and secure work environment Working independently while collaborating effectively with the fabrication team Assisting with loading, unloading, and moving materials as required What we''re looking for: Minimum 5 years of experience in steel fitting and fabrication Valid welding certification/ticket Strong MIG welding experience with structural steel Proven ability to read blueprints and fabricate directly from drawings Ability to work independently with little supervision Excellent measuring, layout, and fitting skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding shop environment Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Assets: Forklift and/or overhead crane experience CWB welding certification (current or previously held) Experience with oxy-fuel cutting, plasma cutting, or carbon arc gouging Experience with structural steel assembly and installation Familiarity with CSA welding standards and safe fabrication practices If you''re an experienced welder/fitter looking to join a company where your skills are valued, apply today with your resume and relevant certifications.
