Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience Tasks Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.

Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization''s goals Coordinate the flow of information within the team Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Open and distribute mail and other materials Train other workers Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences Schedule and confirm appointments Manage training and development strategies Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries Compile data, statistics and other information Order office supplies and maintain inventory Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems Perform data entry Provide customer service Maintain and manage digital database Perform basic bookkeeping tasks Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate,



and prevent disease or injury Supervise office and volunteer staff Computer and technology knowledge MS Excel MS Power
