About Island Gold District: Alamos Golds Island Gold District will become one of the largest and lowest-cost gold mines in Canada.
With the two mines within the district, Island Gold and Magino employ over 900 team members who work in the underground and open pit operations and are located in northern Ontario, just east of the town of Dubreuilville, 83 kilometres northeast of Wawa.

Role Overview: The Warehouse Labourer (Driver) will be responsible for delivering daily samples to Wawa and providing other pick-up and delivery services as required.
Will also assist warehouse team with; shipping, receiving, and inventory counts, and other warehouse duties as required.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring thedaily samples are delivered to Wawafrom themine sitein a timely manner.
Pick up mail dailyand packages from local businessas required Assist warehouse team withreceiving, issuing, and shipping of parts and materials Assists with special projects in the warehouse Conducts cycle counts Operates forklift on a regular basis Follows established policies and procedures related to receivingparts andmaterials and complies with established methodologies and quality standards Qualifications: High-school graduation Minimum of 2 years of related experience, Basic knowledge of shipping and warehouse procedures and regulations required Mustbeable to work autonomously while exercising sound judgement Must have a valid
Ontario G classdrivers license Must be able to operate forklifts or other equipment as required.
Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather and conditions Transportation of Dangerous Goods Certificate Working Conditions: Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather and conditions.
This will be 7/7 rotation.
Physical requirements: This is aphysically demanding job where the incumbent is required to standor sitfor extended periods of time,
lift heavy objects on a regular basis, do repetitive tasks with few breaks, and so forth.
The schedule for this position is based in a camp operation working on an 7/7 rotation schedule with flights provided from Sudbury Toronto and Rouyn-Noranda.
